Paypal will then send me the funds after retaining their fees for handling the transaction at a later date. Once the order is processed and shipped I then delete the original email I received from PayPal from my personal mailbox linked to my Paypal account.
When shipping online purchases I generally use Royal Mail postal services for smaller items and hand write your delivery address on the package so no further personal data is stored in anyway. If I use a courier service to ship your parcel I will use either TNT or MyHermes depending on the size of the parcel and will input your name and address into my password protected accounts of these courier providers in order to generate the appropriate shipping labels.
