I will be provided only with your address to ship the item to including your name so that I can fulfill your order. I do not have access to any data with regard to your credit card or method of payment.

By giving me your name and email address specifically for my newsletter you will have given your consent for me to contact you with regard to any future workshops, exhibitions or events as you have expressed a legitimate interest in my work and the workshops I provide.
By providing me with your name and a residential address via Paypal you are allowing me to complete and ship your online purchase.
I will never share your information with anyone else and I will not use it for any other purpose other than stated above.
Where do we store and process personal data?
When you subscribe to my mailing list via the contact form on this website I receive an email via my website to let me know. I then add your details to my mailing list and delete the original contact email from my website. When you subscribe in person by leaving me you name and email address at an art fair, open studio event or exhibition I add your details to my mailing list then shred and destroy any paper record made of your details. I use the provider Mailchimp (an online secure campaign manager service) to store the details of my mailing list and to send emails to you on my behalf. The information on Mailchimp is password protected and they are fully compliant with the GDPR regulations.
If you make a purchase via my online shop on this website you will be redirected to the Paypal store checkout where the financial transaction will be handled and processed. Paypal (a secure online provider who have data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure) will email me to let me know that you have made a purchase. I will then sign in to my password protected Paypal account and will be provided only with the details of your order, your name and address in order for me to ship the item to you. I am given details of the transaction but do not have access to any data with regard to your credit card or method of payment. Paypal will then send me the funds after retaining their fees for handling the transaction at a later date. Once the order is processed and shipped I then delete the original email I received from PayPal from my personal mailbox linked to my Paypal account.
When shipping online purchases I generally use Royal Mail postal services for smaller items and hand write your delivery address on the package so no further personal data is stored in anyway. If I use a courier service to ship your parcel I will use either TNT or MyHermes depending on the size of the parcel and will input your name and address into my password protected accounts of these courier providers in order to generate the appropriate shipping labels. All information on my account with either provider is password protected and they are fully compliant with the GDPR regulations.
If you wish to learn more about how either Mailchimp, Paypal, TNT or Myhermes store and handle your data you can do so by reading their privacy policies here:
